In 2004, tragedy struck when Richard Lowder suddenly passed away while servicing a home, leaving a profound impact on our company and community. His son, James Lowder, demonstrated remarkable strength and dedication by finishing the service call where his father had been working. Alongside his brother Stephen Lowder, who plays a crucial role as Vice President of Operations, James stepped up to lead ATS forward, embodying the values of integrity and perseverance that define our company.
